Where is the studio located?⌄
LM Lash Perth is at 16 Berkeley Loop, Piara Waters WA 6112 - in Perth’s south-east suburbs.
How do I book an appointment?⌄
All appointments are booked online through our booking system - head to the Services page and hit any Book Now button to see live availability.
I’m a new client - which option do I pick?⌄
Choose any service marked NEW CLIENT. It includes extra time for a full consultation so your first treatment is perfectly tailored to you. Returning clients simply pick the RETURNING CLIENT option.
What is a Korean lash lift?⌄
Layla’s signature technique - a modern, precise approach to lash lifting that creates a cleaner, more lifted, longer-lasting result than a traditional lift. It’s the same technique she teaches to artists across Australia.
How do I reschedule or cancel?⌄
Use the link in your booking confirmation, or message @lmlashperth on Instagram and we’ll sort it out.
Online Courses
Which online course is right for me?⌄
New to lashes (or want the full foundation plus business modules)? Start with the Ultimate Lash Lift, Filler & Tint Masterclass. Already certified and want to master the viral Korean technique? The Korean Lash Lift Masterclass is for you.
How are the courses delivered?⌄
Through guided video theory presentations and full-length treatment tutorials with voiceovers - you learn by watching and listening, not just reading documents. Downloadable cheat sheets are included.
How long do I have access?⌄
Lifetime access on all online courses. Learn at your own pace and rewatch every lesson whenever you need.
Is a kit included with online courses?⌄
No physical kit is shipped - but you’ll receive a full recommended product list covering everything used in the tutorials, so you know exactly what to buy.
Do I get a certificate?⌄
The Ultimate Lash Lift, Filler & Tint Masterclass includes a Certificate of Completion. The Korean Lash Lift Masterclass finishes with a practical assessment of your work.
What if I get stuck during a course?⌄
Layla is easily reachable and known for answering student questions without the endless follow-ups - you’re never left guessing.
In-Person Training
How do I book in-person training?⌄
Choose your option on the In-Person Training page, select your dates, payment and kit preference, and secure your spot online. A $500 deposit secures your date, with the balance due 7 days before your training day.
Do you offer payment plans?⌄
Yes - instalment plans (weekly, fortnightly or monthly, completed 7 days before training), PayPal Pay in 4, Afterpay and Klarna.
Which in-person option is beginner friendly?⌄
Beginner Lash Lift Mastery (2-day) is recommended for beginners. Advanced Lash Lift Mastery and Shadow Training are for certified artists.
Do I need to bring my own models?⌄
Yes, for hands-on days - but if you need help sourcing one, we can assist in finding a suitable model.
Do I get online course access with in-person training?⌄
All options except Shadow Training include the full online course. Access is sent once your deposit is paid, and you’ll complete it before your in-person day.
I already bought the online course - can I upgrade?⌄
Yes! You’ll receive a discount code toward in-person training if the course was purchased within the last 12 months and completed before your training day. Email hello@lmlashacademy.com.
Is there support after training?⌄
All students receive 8 weeks of ongoing support via WhatsApp - covering technique, business strategy and social media.
Can you travel to our salon?⌄
Mobile training is available within Perth surrounding areas for 3 students - email hello@lmlashacademy.com to arrange.
Can I train with a friend?⌄
Yes - group training (max 2-3 students) is available for the Beginner and Advanced courses at reduced per-student rates. Reach out via email or Instagram to arrange.
Do students get industry discounts?⌄
Yes - exclusive discount codes for leading lash and beauty suppliers, including Bella Beauty Professional.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?⌄
All major payment options are available at checkout. In-person training also offers deposit and instalment options including PayPal Pay in 4, Afterpay and Klarna.
How do digital downloads arrive?⌄
Instantly - your download link is delivered by email as soon as checkout is complete.
How do I access my online course after purchase?⌄
Your course access details are emailed to you after purchase. If anything doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder first, then contact us and we’ll sort it quickly.
