I began in 2020 at 18 years old, working from a small spare room in my parents’ home, and became committed to mastering my craft with some of the most respected lash lift educators in the industry.
In 2025 I launched LM Lash Academy to deliver a training experience that goes beyond the basics. This isn’t just about learning to perform a lash lift - it’s about the artistry, precision and strategy behind premium results and a brand that reflects that standard.

How do I book group training?⌄
Choose your course above, then select your dates, payment option and kit at checkout - one booking per student. A $500 deposit per student secures your group’s date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your first training day. Prefer to chat first? Email hello@lmlashacademy.com with your chosen course, preferred dates and group size.
Do you offer payment plans?⌄
Yes! Flexible options include instalment plans (weekly, fortnightly or monthly - full payment completed 7 days before training), PayPal Pay in 4, Afterpay and Klarna.
How many students can be in a group?⌄
Groups are capped at three students so everyone still gets hands-on time and individual feedback. Two is the sweet spot. Beginner Lash Lift Mastery is recommended for beginners; Advanced Lash Lift Mastery is for certified artists.
Do I need to bring my own models?⌄
Yes - each student brings their own models for the hands-on days. If anyone in your group is stuck, we can help source a suitable model for the day.
Do I get access to the online course?⌄
Yes - every student in the group receives access to the comprehensive online course. Access is sent once deposits are paid, and each student completes the online portion before attending the in-person days.
I already purchased the online course - what does this mean?⌄
You’ll receive a discount code to upgrade to in-person training, and it applies to group bookings too. To be eligible, the online course must have been purchased within the last 12 months and fully completed before your in-person day. Email hello@lmlashacademy.com to arrange it.
Do students receive ongoing support afterwards?⌄
Absolutely - every student receives 8 weeks of ongoing support covering lash lift techniques, business strategies and social media guidance from Layla via WhatsApp. It is per student, not per group.
Would you travel to our salon to train?⌄
Yes - mobile training is available within Perth surrounding areas for groups of 3 students, so Layla can come to your salon. Email hello@lmlashacademy.com to discuss travel availability and arrangements.
